TERMS & CONDITIONS

*By requesting a commission, you've agreed to the terms below. Please read over them before contacting me to request a commission.

• Commissions are non-refundable unless I am unable to finish them.• Additional characters will count as another illustration.• Commissions are for personal use only. If you plan to use it for commercial use, please ask me beforehand as it will incur higher fees.• Personal use commissions are not allowed to be used as commercial• Any deadline rush or priority commissions will incur an additional cost.• Payment upfront Via Paypal (full/50% first then full after sketch)• Will allow small revisions and minimal edits (during draft)• Additional charges may apply With your other requests or complexity of request/s.• Complete Payment first so the transaction will be smooth, no refund when artwork is completed.• Work is usually done within 1-3weeks / 1 queue, may take more time if there are many details.
(subject to change / depends on the queue)• Feel free to provide the references of characters. Any design work will incur additional costs.•Please also provide detail references/notes if you would like anything specific about pose, background, expression etc. If not, I also happy to create my freely idea in the artwork.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken upfront in USD through Paypal. I will be sending the invoice to the email you’ve provided.Please make sure you can make the payment within a week of confirmation for the commission.
If circumstances prevent you from making the payment within this time, please let me know and we can work something out.I will accept partial or delayed payments as long as a specific reason and timeframe is given.+ 4.7 % of tax fee (PAYPAL TAX FEE) will be added based on the total price.

COMPLETION

Repost are perfectly allowed, but hope it's better to include me/my social media (@skye_lix), but not mandatory.Both the final and full sized versions will be provided. Commissioners may request an unwatermarked version of the piece for personal use.I, as the artist, reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and advertise created art in digital or physical forms.Thank you for reading ^^
